Meet our team

We hire teachers who want to be here, for the long haul. Every teacher goes through a careful application process and multiple background checks, and completes CPR, safe sleep and other required trainings through PDIS, with no exceptions. Teacher profiles are coming soon.

Mallory Pace

Owner & Executive Director

A speech-language pathologist with 13 years in the field, Mallory built Little Peaks to be the center she wanted for her own two children.

Fun fact: She also runs a youth soccer program.

Chris Pace

Owner & Operations

A retired Air Force pilot with a master's degree in business, Chris keeps the center running smoothly and safely behind the scenes.

Fun fact: He also serves as a full-time firefighter.

Kayla Negron

Director

Kayla leads Little Peaks day to day, from classrooms and teachers to family questions and tours.
